Wire bending parts: Development and manufacture
The wire bending parts of our customers must meet high requirements. For this reason we attach great importance to the optimal performance and realization of these projects.
So the production can be carried out with different manufacturing processes. Depending on the quantity and geometry of the respective product the wire bending parts can be manufactured using tool-fixed Bihler machines or on automatic spring machines. For the tool-specific manufacturing process our own tool making and construction department create the optimal solution. We enable an economically feasible and optimally designed product solution. During the development phase we can assist our customers at this stage. Our technical departments, project management, construction and toolmaking will support you.
Special characteristics of bent wire parts
In addition to the machine technology the raw material used is decisive for high-quality bent wire parts. These parts must guarantee certain functionalities to be used in the later finished product. Schnoering is specialized in processing high-strength and very thin materials.
Depending on the product wires of approx. 0.1 - 2.5 mm can be processed. Also in non-rusting alloys we top the list. Instead of classic round wires we may process profile wire to make better use of the available space for the bent wire parts. Our customers may select from a wide range of possible special solutions.
