Tension spring - from simple to complex
For our customers a perfectly functioning tension spring is of highest importance. For this reason we have specialized in customized tension springs from relatively simple to highly complex geometries. Therefore regular springs according to standard are no part of our production program.
Mutually developed special solutions the tension spring meets all requirements for having a working end product. Various spring calculation programs help to meet the requirements for the tension spring. A following sample production under series conditions goes without saying among other things to assess the process capability.
Tension spring - for different applications
The tension spring in the classic shape with eyelets is not the only solution. For the auto-pull drawer of the furniture industry a different shape for the ends of the springs is manufactured - a trumpet (shaped) tension spring.
In the electrical industry also springs with tensile force have not always the typical eyelet shape. No limits are set in shapes and geometry of a tension spring. Thanks to modern NC machines with integrated testing technology the possibilities are overwhelming. On request our technical departments support our customers from the very beginning on the way to the perfect tension spring.
