This is proven in our production by more than 10,000 measurements taken and automatically stored daily. Schnoering is a DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 certified technology and manufacturing partner.
In order to ensure a stable and quality-oriented serial production state-of-the-art testing systems of the Keyence brand are used in addition to modern machine technology in production. We use special systems for every production technology like monitoring systems that already measure, regulate and select during the production process for example for compression springs. In the area of stamping and bending technique with Bihler camera systems with 100% inspection and special sensor technology are used.
Traceable quality - automatic recording of all test data
Traceability is just as important in the field of stamping and bending technique as it is in spring technology, assemblies or wire bending technology. With a modern CAQ system tailored to our production connected to our ERP system all quality-relevant data is collected, stored and processed. The recording of all data takes place automatically e.g. transmission errors can be eliminated. Hence there is always the possibility to read data from the past or from today.
