Due to the many years of experience in the production of individual parts Schnoering has developed a high level of competence in these assemblies. For this reason we invest in know-how and machine technology by constantly optimizing and developing our project management, toolmaking and development departments. We also invest in modern production technology e.g. in new assembly technology in form of a Bihler Bimeric or in specially designed machines. For our customers we develop suitable and economical solutions for assemblies.

The desired complete solutions are supported by our technical departments and the project management from design to realization. The assembling process can be done individually depending on the application directly in the machine or on special machines.

Individual assembling

The expectations of the customers of Schnoering to the assemblies could not be more different. This is why Schnoering has specialized in customized assemblies to a high degree of individualization which is tailored to the technical requirements. The required mounting activities can be handled manually up to full automation.

Schnoering counts on high process competence. Module mounting is often qualitatively monitored in-line in the process sequence. 100% testing requirements can be integrated in the process. Accompanying monitoring of individual product requirements can be realized in close cooperation with our customers.
