Our manufacturing technologies
With a production area of 16,000 m², 50 Bihler machines and more than 100 spring coiling machines, we are leaders in the field of spring technology, wire bending technology and stamping and bending technology as well as assembly. On request we support our customers with our project management, construction and tool making departments during the development of individual products. In this way we can work on realizing technically and economically the production.
Spring technology
More than 100 Spring winding and coiling machines enable us to process wires with a diameter of approx. 0.1 - 2.0 mm. This results in customized pressure springs, leg springs or tension springs for different applications. A sample production under series conditions is possible before the actual production of the large annual requirements starts.
Wire bending technology
Different manufacturing technologies are available for the production of customized wire bending parts. Depending on the geometry, complexity and quantity wire bending parts are produced on automatic spring machines or with special Bihler machines. Wires are processed from 0.1 to 2.5 mm in diameter.
Stamping and bending technology
The production technologies at Schnoering range from complex Bihler technology to conventional progressive compound technology. So the most economical and sensible production process can be selected for each customized stamped bending part. The high process stability enables us to meet the high quality standards of the parts. Stripes are processed with thicknesses of 0.1 - 2.0 mm.
Assemblies
The individual assemblies of our customers are realized by Schnoering in processes tailored to the product. The assembly of metal-metal or metal-plastic compounds can be done directly on special machines. For optimal realization project management, construction and tooling department work closely together and support the customer on request right from the development stage.
