From the idea to the finished product - both in stamping and bending technology with machines from Bihler and Bruderer as well as in wire bending and spring technology with machines from Wafios and Itaya. The added value for our customers is the joint development of stamped bending parts, bent wire parts, springs and assemblies.
Beginning with the concept phase until the series delivery and the following series production we support our customers to the desired extent. The close communication between our customers and our own project management enables a quick and uncomplicated realization of your project. The internal construction department develops the technical product solution with our customers and designs the manufacturing concepts. Close cooperation with Bihler supports the realization of economic processes which are implemented by our toolmaking on the modern machinery.
Bihler is always a good solution
We are providing support to our customers in the practice-oriented realization in project management from development to series production - process-optimized and economical. For the applications of stamped bending parts we use the appropriate machine solutions from Bihler.
These are simple mechanical and hybrid stamping and bending machines to purely servo-controlled production and assembly systems. Thanks to our know-how combined with Bihler's machine technology it is possible to develop and manufacture even complex assemblies.
